CANVAY/TWILLY
When logos, appliqués, and emblems truly stand out, it’s certainly due to the optimal base material.
TWILLY is a robust twill fabric, and CANVAY is a strong canvas weave. Both are equipped with a durable stabilizer coating on the back, giving the fabric firmness without compromising its textile character.
Why two fabrics? TWILLY, with its twill weave, is the perfect base for most patches. However, small lettering, characters, or tiny details stand out much better on the closed canvas weave of CANVAY! Unlike TWILLY, CANVAY can be printed because it is made of 100% polyester.
STEP
It may look like embroidery, but it is actually a textured fabric that imitates the satin‑stitch effect with striking realism. Using STEP as a backing fabric for appliqués, logos, and emblems allows you to avoid the time‑consuming process of stitching large single‑color areas — saving thread, time, and cost.
Available in white.
PUFFY
Voluminous embroidery effects!
Thick, bold letters and three‑dimensional embroidery designs — embroidery with PUFFY amazes every time!
The embroidery pattern is stitched over the foam, creating a striking 3D effect that gives caps, promotional wear, and apparel a completely new look and feel.
FELTY
For embroidery, emblems, and appliqués.
In this special needle‑felt material, fibers are mechanically interlocked using numerous barbed needles until a high‑quality felt surface is created. FELTY is exceptionally well suited for embroidery applications. The material is soft yet dimensionally stable, and the embroidery needle does not deflect when penetrating the felt. This allows high‑quality appliqués, emblems, and badges to be produced with ease.
