TS
It is now possible to embroider on waterproof or water-repellent fabrics without compromising their waterproof properties. Just apply TS to the back of your embroidery and water and moisture will not penetrate the fabric through the tiny embroidery needle punctures. Rain gear, outdoor jackets, functional clothing can be embroidered and everybody stays dry-use on work clothes e.g. for road construction, gardening and for all outdoor jobs.
SOLVY
The softer and bulkier the fabric, the easier stitches disappear in the material, resulting in unsightly embroideries. With SOLVY every single stitch turns out brilliantly, and even intricate patterns with most detailed embroideries are stitched needle-sharp. The trick is a water-soluble foil that is placed on the fabric prior to embroidering and then washed out without leaving any residues. Even elastic knit fabrics and terry cloth can be embroidered with ease and precision! SOLVY can also be used as fabric backing when both sides of the embroidery are visible – for neat results, e.g. on scarves or towels.
SOLVY FILM 80
The special SOLVY FILM 80 is firmly hooped into embroidery hoop thus serving as base for embroidering-no stabilizer, no fabric is needed, just the film. This makes it quick and easy to embroider patches that are fully embroidered or appliqued with fabric. You‘ll be surprised at how productive you are! Even traditional lace embroidery, hole motifs, openwork patterns can be uniquely produced. After embroidering, wash out the foil - done!
BSN & THERMOFIX
Appliquéing made easy with our BSN thermo film or THERMOFIX adhesive fibers.
With our heat‑activated products, you can permanently fix embroideries, patches, and emblems — no sewing required! Simply iron or press the material onto the entire back of the embroidery after stitching, then fix it onto the base fabric. This makes every appliqué extremely durable — even edges and borders stay securely in place.
STICK-PROTECT
Protective Iron‑On Backing because beautiful embroidery shouldn’t scratch!
Especially on fine, soft fabrics, seams and embroideries can feel uncomfortable or scratchy against the skin. STICK‑PROTECT is ironed onto the reverse side of the fabric after embroidery and completely covers the design — permanently, even after many washes.
It does not only softens scratchy areas but can also be used as a permanent fusible interlining for thin fabrics on collars and plackets.
THERMOFILM
THERMOFILM is a stabilizer that disappears after embroidering. Embellishments on lady’s outerwear, children’s wear and fine baby wear should have an extremely smooth finish. And if both sides of finished patterns are visible, stabilizer residues should not be seen. TIt is a heat-removable film that can easily be torn away after embroidery. Small residues can completely be removed with an iron. You’ll have flawless embroideries that look great on both sides. Ideal for smooth fabrics!
THERMOGAZE
If you want fine lace and etching embroideries to keep their delicate character, stabilizers should not be visible in the finished embroidery. THERMOGAZE is all you need: a heat-sensitive gauze that is used as embroidery backing and completely disintegrates during ironing. The result is nothing but beautiful, filigree-like embroideries – without any fabric, nonwoven or film residues!
KK FILM
The double-sided, self-adhesive film fixes (temporary) the fabric to be appliquéd without ironing. Coat the appliqué fabric with KK FILM, cut out the desired shape, stick it onto the base fabric, embroider - and you're done! This is a quick and easy way to produce appliqués with clean edges - no cutting out by hand. The self-adhesive film can also be heat activated - simply transfer the film to the qppliqué fabric and activate it with an iron or ironing press. This increases the adhesive strength and effecto of KK FILM.
KK 100
A spray adhesive for fixing stretchable fabrics and knitwear. It prevents distortion of the knitted fabric during the embroidery process. It is ideal for holding die-cuts in place for appliqués and small pre-cut parts, such as trouser pockets and collars for further processing. Delicate items that you don‘t want to hoop to avoid pressure marks can be easily positioned for embroidery.
