The outer denim fabric, which uses polyester weft yarn, exudes an elegant, silk-like lustre.
The fabric has a firm, crisp texture.
We have applied a crystal pleat finish to this beautifully lustrous denim fabric. Among pleats, these feature clean, vertical lines.
The two pleated fabric panels are sewn together at the centre. The seam is barely noticeable.
The reverse side of the pleats has a beautiful light blue finish, achieved through the heat treatment applied during the pleating process.

It is characterised by the flat, clean appearance typical of plain weave, with the warp and weft threads intersecting evenly, and whilst light, it possesses a stable,
substantial feel. As the weave structure is simple, the fabric’s inherent texture comes through clearly,
offering a smooth, dry feel and just the right amount of body.

This 7.3oz stretch chambray, featuring an elegant appearance, is woven using an 18/- slub yarn for the warp,
which is a blend of American extra-long-staple Pima cotton and high-fineness Zimbabwean cotton.
The beautiful natural colour of the cotton harmonises with a subtle irregularity, resulting in a natural yet luxurious finish.
CSY 70d/20 is used for the weft, delivering supple stretch and a comfortable fit.
With the lightness and breathability characteristic of a 1/1 plain weave, this fabric is ideal for shirts and light outerwear.
