- Starting in 1989 with the main activity of CMT (Cut – Make – Trim), Thai Son has gradually developed and expanded its capabilities to become one of the most reliable export garment factories in Vietnam. We continuously improve the supply chain and invest in closed-loop production to better serve our customers.
- Since 2011, we have proactively produced fabric by importing yarns from countries such as India, Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand... The main types of yarn include Cotton, Supima Cotton, Viscose, Spandex, Polyester, Modal, Bamboo… Then, the fabric is knitted and dyed by reputable partners in Ho Chi Minh City before being brought to Thai Son’s factory for cutting and sewing into finished products. This process allows us better control over cost, quality, and shorter lead times.
- Currently, we have 18 sewing lines and 2 sample lines. Our in-line and final QC systems meet the AQL 2.5/4.0 standard. The merchandiser team is proficient in English, ensuring clear communication and minimizing delays caused by misunderstandings. In addition, we have a design team supporting new sample development, as well as sourcing capabilities for suitable raw materials and accessories, helping our clients'' products achieve good quality and appeal to consumers.
