All types of standard and fancy knitted fabrics like jersey, interlock, two yarn, three yarn, pique, polar fleece, velour, jacquard, striper and yarn dyed fabrics can be produced according to customer''s specific requests.
Fabrics made of Cotton, viscose, modal, tencel, bamboo, polyamide, polyester with mixtures of elastane, silk, cashmere, wool, angora and linen can be dyed and printed in highest standards. All types of dyed and printed fabrics can also be mercerised by the mercerising line equipped with special hardware. All production is Oeko-tex certified and Işıl Tekstil can also produce organic fabrics in GOTS or OCS standards, recycled fabrics in GRS or RCS standards.
In addition to the wide range of existing design collection, the design team can develop new ideas and adapt them to the printing according to customer’s specific requests. Development of the new designs, preparation of the screens, production of the samples and adaptation to the production are all done effectively by the in-house design room, screen engraving unit and sampling departments.
