Description
Karatex is a fabric supplier in Bursa/Turkey that focuses in production of modal/tencel/viscose rayon/cotton/linen/pes/polyamide/ea fabrics and their blends.
We are working with the major brands in the business. We have a running business with companies and brands from Spain, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Poland and France. Our main customer is Inditex Group and we sell fabrics in volumes for Zara divisions both menswear and ladieswear as well as Dutti and Bershka.
We conduct our weaving with 100 looms inside and outside the facilities. We have 5 fabric inspection machines inside. We work with 5 different top notch dye-houses, specializing in different types of fabrics. Our production leadtimes are 4-6 weeks. Production min. is 1000 mts. Sampling min. is 100 mts.
Our monthly capacity is 800.000 mts.
We produce piece dyed and yarn dyed fabrics as well as printed fabrics in rotary and digital.
Our strenghts are understanding customer requirements, product development, competitive prices quality control on sampling as well as prodution. Precision and accuracy in deliveries.
Certificates available are Oeko-Tex, FSC, OCS, RCS and Lenzing fabric certificates.
