INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY

With Inno-Tech, Première Vision Paris is transforming conceptual innovation into tangible, operational solutions. Technologies are no longer seen as future possibilities, but as immediately actionable tools designed to enhance performance. Artificial intelligence, the digitalization of design processes, new industrial techniques, and eco-innovation are now at the core of development strategies. In this context, Première Vision Paris positions itself as a catalyst for their adoption and implementation.

TWO SPECIAL GUESTS EMBODYING CREATIVE INNOVATION

For this edition, Première Vision Paris welcomes designers Victor Clavelly and Alexis Mabille as special guests from the fashion world. Through their contemporary and forward-thinking perspectives, they will contribute to the broader conversation surrounding the evolution of creative practices and innovation within the industry.

They will notably take part in dedicated conferences exploring their respective journeys and the essence of their creative approaches, offering audiences privileged insight into the world of haute couture and their experimentation with emerging technologies. Echoing these future-oriented visions, the Prospective Area will also showcase their curated selection of pioneering materials, providing a tangible illustration of the new aesthetic and technological territories redefining the industry.

Victor Clavelly is an independent creative entity exploring the convergence of fashion, technology, and speculative storytelling. Specializing in 3D printing applied to garments, the studio develops a sculptural, hybrid, and experimental design language that challenges conventional approaches to fashion creation and opens new creative possibilities at the intersection of craftsmanship and innovation.

Alexis Mabille is a French fashion designer and the artistic director of his eponymous house. 28 January  marked a significant turning point for the Spring-Summer 2026 collection: the moment haute couture entered the era of artificial intelligence. Through this bold vision, the designer imagines a new fashion landscape where artisanal craftsmanship meets the technologies of tomorrow, opening the way to a new era in which digital innovation and couture elegance coexist in perfect harmony.

AI IN FASHION:
A COLLECTIVE TRANSFORMATION EXPERIENCE

How will AI reshape the fashion industry in practice? Such was the focus of a recent event organized by the Fédération Française du Prêt-à-Porter Féminin, drawing several hundred participants and underscoring the strong interest in the topic. As in other industries, these technologies are at the heart of discussions, often accompanied by fears that machines could replace humans in manufacturing, operational, and even creative processes. “The point isn’t whether we’re for or against AI. Otherwise, we’re only seeing the tip of this vast iceberg and reducing these agents to mere gadgets,” notes Thibaut Ledunois, Director of Operations in charge of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Fédération.

Première Vision's Manifesto FACING FASHION FORWARD

Fashion is fighting against a volatile world. Executives from the mass market to the upper bounds of luxury see pressure rising from the bottom and pushing down from the top. Input costs are increasing, growth is stagnant, margins are shrinking by double digits, demand can spike and fall in record time, leaving capital bound up in inventory, risk is around every corner, and protecting profitability has become the universal objective. At the same time, market expectations have never been harder to meet; customers are setting historic high bars for newness, product elevation, brand engagement, quality, fit, transparency, and value. There are also deep questions to be answered about automation, and what the balance of work will look like between people and AI across product design, development, and marketing by the end of the decade.

But fashion believes technology can help. The top-rated opportunity in The State Of Fashion 2026 is developing and integrating AI, digital, and technology capabilities. Yet, a strong separation remains between the theory of what innovation and technology can do, and the practical reality of solving the industry’s top problems using the tools that are increasingly finding their way into the hands of product creators and management teams.

This September, 1st to 3rd, Première Vision Paris will be dedicated to finding practical ways to translate that digital openness and adoption into real actions that address the industry’s top priorities—from margin protection and pricing evolution, to product transformations across design, fabrics, and production.
This transformed edition will feature:
- an exclusive programme of debates and presentations on a dedicated stage —curated by industry experts and bringing together international leaders
- a dramatically expanded showcase of software, hardware, and science, giving attendees the opportunity to learn about, influence, and go hands-on with the tools they can use to move the industry forward.
