INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY

The key theme of the edition

Première Vision Paris is transforming conceptual innovation into tangible, operational solutions. Technologies are no longer seen as future possibilities, but as immediately actionable tools designed to enhance performance. Artificial intelligence, the digitalization of design processes, new industrial techniques, and eco-innovation are now at the core of development strategies. In this context, Première Vision Paris positions itself as a catalyst for their adoption and implementation.

Our Manifesto for Innovation & Technology Facing Fashion Forward

Fashion is fighting against a volatile world. Input costs are rising, growth has stagnated, margins have fallen by double digits in some sectors, and demand can spike and fall overnight, trapping precious capital in unsold inventory. Protecting profitability is now the universal objective. Meanwhile, customers are setting historic highs for newness, quality, transparency, and value, while product teams confront new realities: real-time trend data driving decisions, digital-first workflows reshaping concepting and design, and fundamental questions about how automation will reconfigure the balance between human creativity and AI by 2030.
The industry sees technology as a solution: AI, digital, and technology capabilities emerged as the top-rated opportunity in The State Of Fashion 2026, and although creative AI workflows capture the most attention, 75% of executives expect AI to help address deeper priorities in demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and cost control. But a stubborn gap remains between digital adoption and solving core problems - from margin protection and pricing evolution, to fabric innovation, production innovation, and extended environmental and ethical responsibility. This 1-3 September, Première Vision Paris will focus on bridging that gap. Visitors can join curated debates with international leaders on a dedicated stage, and explore expanded, hands-on showcases of the software solutions and supplier innovations that will translate investment and adoption into decisive action and real digital transformation.

FROM WASTE TO YARN: RECYCLING MADE VISIBLE BY REO ECO

At Première Vision Paris, REO ECO presents its BioCulus enzymatic recycling system alongside recycled polyester outputs produced entirely through its own vertically integrated process.

The space is designed to guide visitors through the full material journey — from post-consumer textile waste to finished recycled yarn — demonstrating how BioCulus operates at low temperatures, handles blended fabrics, and delivers full traceability at every stage.

The display features physical samples from across the production cycle, including collected feedstock and finished fabric swatches. Through this scenographic setup, visitors can see how textile waste is not only recovered, but converted into high-quality recycled materials within a controlled, integrated production chain.
The concept behind the space is to demystify the recycling process — to simplify complexity and give visitors a clear, tangible understanding of what happens behind the finished product, and what makes enzymatic recycling uniquely different.

The BioCulus process uses enzymes to selectively break down polyester at the molecular level, enabling closed-loop recycling without compromising fiber quality. No virgin material is introduced. No harmful chemicals are added. REO ECO also offers fix dye and dope dye options, as well as direct spinning capability — all within the same integrated production chain.

TWO SPECIAL GUESTS EMBODYING CREATIVE INNOVATION

For this edition, Première Vision Paris welcomes designers Victor Clavelly and Alexis Mabille as special guests from the fashion world. Through their contemporary and forward-thinking perspectives, they will contribute to the broader conversation surrounding the evolution of creative practices and innovation within the industry. They will notably take part in dedicated conferences exploring their respective journeys and the essence of their creative approaches, offering audiences privileged insight into the world of haute couture and their experimentation with emerging technologies. Echoing these future-oriented visions, the Prospective Area will also showcase their curated selection of pioneering materials, providing a tangible illustration of the new aesthetic and technological territories redefining the industry.
Victor Clavelly is an independent creative entity exploring the convergence of fashion, technology, and speculative storytelling. Specializing in 3D printing applied to garments, the studio develops a sculptural, hybrid, and experimental design language that challenges conventional approaches to fashion creation and opens new creative possibilities at the intersection of craftsmanship and innovation. Alexis Mabille is a French fashion designer and the artistic director of his eponymous house. 28 January marked a significant turning point for the Spring-Summer 2026 collection: the moment haute couture entered the era of artificial intelligence. Through this bold vision, the designer imagines a new fashion landscape where artisanal craftsmanship meets the technologies of tomorrow, opening the way to a new era in which digital innovation and couture elegance coexist in perfect harmony.

WHAT IF DATA COULD PREDICT TRENDS TWO YEARS AHEAD?

Armed with real-world data, Heuritech can predict, with 92% accuracy and up to 24 months in advance, how a trend is being adopted today and how it is likely to be adopted tomorrow. “It is the combination of AI and human expertise that will make the difference in delivering accurate predictions in the future,” says Léa Gossein, Chief Marketing Officer at Heuritech. “Only human intelligence can sort through and interpret the data, identifying what makes sense and why. Without that, we’re left with nothing but raw data. The job of analysts—but also of the brands that use our data—is to rank and prioritize what makes sense to them.”
