Know-how rooted in culture(s) and counter-culture; committed, living and positive know-how; as well as rare, precious artisanal know-how connected to Nature. Three countries seen as a breeding ground of diverse and rich experiences, of players who are reshaping the landscape and who view know-how as a range of human, social, artisanal, cultural or heritage-based resources.
