Description
Aurélia Leblanc Textile Creation is a studio of artisanal weaving and creation of original prints based in Paris.
Our choice is to highlight rare and exceptional materials with partner suppliers (metal wires, threads of aloe vera and banana tree…) that are not, for the most part, exploited in industry.
Aurélia Leblanc Textile Creation also invents meetings between the techniques (embroidery in the weave, creasing, elements of surprise between sight and touch…) creating astonishing hands and drapes.
The story of each development is exclusive and unique. Inspiration can be initiated with a brief with words, pictures, fabric archives that are reworked and modernized for the collection. All combinations of threads, colors, dyes and patterns can marry with the collection.
The base (warp weave) can be made as much with extremely light threads like lurex for example, than with resistant ones like leather. Weaving can be employed in lengths or galloon as finishes on a garment or accessory.
We can both produce sampling and production. It is also possible to compose weaves with threads used for the collection and to develop new unique materials which perfectly match the collection.
