The story began in 1989 when Arif Hiridjee took over a millinery workshop in the heart of Paris. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, he founded ARHAS International, specializing in the design and manufacture of fashion accessories.
Initially specializing exclusively in hat millinery, with models crafted from fine materials such as felt, straw, Panama hats, and sisal, the company quickly expanded its capabilities by acquiring two additional factories. Today, it boasts over 650 aluminum hat blocks, guaranteeing a diverse and high-quality product range.
Over time, ARHAS International has broadened its product line to include bags, scarves, gloves, and other trendy accessories to meet the expectations of a discerning clientele. Mastering a wide range of natural fibers—raffia, cotton, sisal, Panama hats, felt, and wool—the company relies on a dedicated design team that creates modern designs in line with current trends and environmental concerns.
