As a Bluesign® certified factory, DOONLY places chemical management and environmental integrity at the heart of our manufacturing process. Our entire production chain is PFAS free, ensuring that no persistent organic pollutants are introduced from the very beginning – a critical response to the stringent ecological and safety requirements of the European and global markets. In material innovation, we continuously push the boundaries of recycled and bio based feedstocks, striving for a balanced synergy between ecology and functionality. This philosophy is embodied in our three proprietary technology brands: TRANSX™ – our premium waterproof breathable composite fabric, engineered with intelligent fibre construction for dynamic moisture management, redefining all weather comfort. It is available with recycled or bio based membranes, offering the same high performance with a significantly lower environmental footprint. ZEROWAVE™ – our comfort sun protection technology, delivering UPF 50+ permanent UV defence, combined with hurricane ventilation and four way stretch, ensuring protection that breathes and moves with you. The base fabrics can be produced from recycled polyester or bio based nylon without sacrificing durability or hand feel. HIFLEX™ – our comfort stretch technology, using specially engineered weaving and elastic yarns to achieve lasting resilience and abrasion resistance. It supports the use of recycled elastane and bio based alternatives, making stretch truly sustainable. All three technologies are fully compatible with recycled, renewable, and bio based material options, enabling our brand partners to choose sustainable solutions tailored to their performance needs. We invest 8% of our annual revenue into R&D, collaborating with leading outdoor and sport brands worldwide to co create next generation functional textiles.
