LUMI Virtual Manager is an intelligent digital assistant (AI) designed to support and collaboratively manage the supply chain. Integrated into DDM+, Elisa Industriq’s intelligent and modular platform, LUMI supports users in their day-to-day work, whilst efficiently orchestrating S&OP, execution and analysis processes.
Through a connected and collaborative approach, LUMI interacts with users. Quite simply, it answers questions from users or managers and suggests improvements. This applies across the entire DDM+ suite: from sales forecasting (model optimisation) to inventory management, production planning and scheduling, and execution (TMS and MES).
LUMI optimises operational flows by facilitating scenario simulation, anomaly detection, the proposal of corrective actions and the coordination of stakeholders via dynamic workflows.
