NEWDECODINGS SS27: LEATHER

Discover in the Première Vision Magazine and the upcoming issue of Pulse, the PV newsletter, the key trends for SS27 Leather, as introduced at the PV Paris show in February. For Spring–Summer 2027, leather is asserting itself as a field of expression in which the material itself becomes a statement. Developments are focusing on high value-added products, with sensoriality and the visual impact of surfaces dialoguing with performance in use. Leather is not seeking to fade behind form. It is asserting itself as a language in its own right, whereby touch, light and construction are becoming the new markers of value, bringing the creativity of tanners to the forefront and defining the desirable identity of leather.
