IFTH is the French Technology Center of reference for industrial companies and brands in the Textile and Fashion sectors. With its 145 employees, including 110 engineers and technicians, IFTH has unique human and technological resources in France to test, innovate, certify and train with a dual mission:
-Support French textile brands and industries by providing technical, technological and specific responses to the challenges of companies.
-Nourish the ecosystem of flexible materials and fashion in order to promote growth, innovation, sustainable development and the relocation of activities on the territory
IFTH masters all stages of the value chain, from fibers and yarns to manufacturing, with unique skills in functionalization, recycling, but also in eco-design.
IFTH is also the official representative of the international certification association OEKO-TEX® in France; in addition, it manages the National Bureau of Sectoral Standardization (BNITH), by delegation of AFNOR.
