Karacasu Tekstil is an innovative yarn manufacturer company with Ring, Open-End and Folding/Twisting production Technologies, well equipped laboratories and well-experienced team and R&D centre licensed by Ministry of Industry and Technology.
We are trying to do our best to be able to use the almost all staple fibers (Cellulosic – Natural – Syntetic). I can list the fibers we use as follows; Cotton – Organic Cotton (GOTS / OCS) – BCI Cotton – Regenagri Cotton – Polyester – Recycled Polyester – FR Polyester – Polyamide – Acrylic (Short Fibre) – Viscose (FSC) – EcoVero Viscose – Lyocell – Tencel – Bamboo – Modal – Micro Modal – Silk – Cashmere – Wool – Linen – Hemp and blends of these fibres. In our Ring plants, we are able to produce all blended yarns. As we focus on the sustainability and environmentalist approach, we use recycled fibres such as Naia, Polylana, Agraloop, Circulose, and Seaqual. We have partnership with European companies and Initiatives. With these and more raw materials, we supply yarn for weaving, knitting, socks, denim, home textile and technical textile with 1.500 tons/month production capacity.
We prioritize the sustainability and eco-friendly production. In this respect, our R&D Centre works on raw material and production processes to minimize the negative impact on environment.
