Filetul has proven itself and established its name in the global market with its export volume and product quality since 1982. Located in Istanbul's textile center, it operates on a 10,000 square meter area equipped with the highest technology machinery and boasts hundreds of trademarked designs.Filetul began its production by focusing on cotton laces for home textiles. With lace quickly becoming a trend in fashion, and through participation in international fairs, Filetul expanded its services to the fashion industry due to high demand. Today, well-known middle and mass-market brands constitute the majority of our production. Over the last 25 years, the company has grown from just 3 employees to a team of over 78 people, and from a single machine to a mill with 100 machines.
Filetul's production facilities boast a capacity of 300 tons of fabric per month. We specialize in knits, including crochets, electronic jacquards, jacquard laces, cotton laces, mesh, and a wide range of raschels and pleated qualities.
Filetul produces about 15% of our yarn needs internally, all categorized under "fancy yarn."
Our clients include some of the leading fashion firms such as Zara, Bershka, H&M, Next, Marks & Spencer, ASOS, LPP, Bestseller, Kiabi, Forever 21, Trina Turk, Gloria Jeans, Mango, Betty Barclay, and New Yorker, among others. We currently do business with countries such as Greece, Spain, Romania, the UK, Latvia, Belgium, Poland, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Tunisia, Macedonia, and the United States.
Filetul's R&D department consists of three designers in addition to the department manager. The team creates over 30 unique designs per season. Often, our customers use our designs as their inspiration. Filetul strives to display flexibility in design elements, weight, and coloring.
Filetul continues to lead in its area of expertise with an innovative vision and extensive knowledge of a wide range of yarns and fabrics.
