Première Vision Paris selects and brings together the complementary expertise of international exhibitors to meet your need for multi-material, selective and creative sourcing.

Once a year in February, Première Vision Paris opens a special space to visitors* (*accreditation required for access): 

MAISON D’EXCEPTIONS: A high creativity experimental zone exploring international fields of know-how, bringing together select workshops whose mastery of ancestral, vernacular or contemporary techniques is in constant development
What is the entrance fee ?
The pass will be free for all visitors.
How do I access the show with me e-pass ?
  1. I show the QR Code of my e-pass (downloaded or received by email) directly on my smartphone at the entrance controls of the halls 
  2. I keep it accessible in my phone for any identity check when I am in the halls

Is Première Vision Paris accessible to persons with reduced mobility ?
Yes. If needed, wheelchairs are available for loan from the Organiser’s Headquarters in each hall, upon deposit of an identity card ; there are also mobile ramps.

May I bring a child or a dog to the show ?
As stated in our General Terms of Use & Sales contract – Appendix – article 4, neither children nor dogs (whatever its size) are permitted in the venue.

Didn’t receive a code? 
  • First of all, be sure you entered the correct email address, you may have made a mistake 
  • Then, if you entered your correct email address, check your spam folder or try again to enter your e-mail address 
  • If you have made the attempt several times, the system may have blocked your requests, please try again in a few hours 
  • If it is not in your junk mail folder, it may be that your company’s firewall is blocking the reception. In this case, contact us at the following email address hello@premierevision.com

The code is incorrect 
First of all, did you see that you can use your LinkedIn, Facebook or Google profile to connect? Sometimes it’s easier. 

  • Each code has a validity period of 24 hours, once this time has elapsed, you must request a new code. try again to enter your e-mail address 
  • /!\ Each code is unique – a new code received cancels and replaces the previous one /!\ 
  • Enter the code with your keyboard (do not copy and paste) 

If the problem persists, if you see an error message on your window (and send us a screenshot), please inform us… 

Is it because you can’t enter your company details? 

If you can’t find your company information, you can always add them manually, doing the following for each step: 

Start entering information, either the postal code/city, the company or the address 
If you can’t find it, select from the list the available black button indicating: 
“No result ? Enter manually”.

Can I register more than one person though my account ?
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once). Each visitor has to log in personally (activate his/her own Première Vision account) to order an e-pass, for authentication reasons of the entered email address.
How to access to my personal area ?
You want to register for one of our events? Do you want to access our marketplace? To do so, you need to connect to the Première Vision environment. The default mode of connection to access your personal space is to enter an email address + a temporary code received at the email address you entered. You can also choose another identification mode among 4 other choices: your email + a password or the association of your Google, LinkedIn or Facebook accounts. With the email address + code method Enter your email address Enter the temporary code (using the keyboard, without copying and pasting) sent to the email address provided: validity period = 24 hours This code authenticates the validity of your email address (don’t forget to check your junk mail!) In case of non-receipt of the code or display of an error message when entering, see the section “I did not receive a code/the code does not work”. /!\ each code is unique and temporary; the request for a new code cancels and replaces the previous one /!\ If it is your first connection: Enter your personal information (including at least one phone number – which must be validated for accuracy), then your business information: company + address. At each step, and without any result during the input (in case a suggestion of results is proposed), the manual input is still possible by clicking on the black button “No result ? enter manually”.) Finish by validating the General Terms of Use. If you choose the email + password method Enter your email address Fill in your password (we advise you to memorize it, via your internet browser). If you do not know it or have forgotten it, click on the box to generate a new one (a reset link will be sent to your email address). You are now logged in and have access to all the contents of the site. If this is your first connection, a few intermediate steps: Enter the temporary code (using the keyboard, without copying and pasting) sent to the email address you entered: validity period = 24 hours This code allows you to authenticate the validity of your email address (don’t forget to check your junk mail!) Questions related to my e-pass

Any visitor wishing to enter Première Vision Paris must have ordered an e-pass (nominative & individual)
What is an e-pass ?
It is the access form for anyone wishing to attend Première Vision Paris, either for the in-person or the digital event. It is sent by email. The pass is totally electronic, i.e. its medium is the QR code received: 
  • With the pre-registration confirmation, displayed in their account (see dedicated section “My Account“), downloaded in .pdf format and readable directly on a smartphone screen, 
  • by email, by presenting the email directly on the smartphone screen 
  • it is also possible to print the received support 
For the digital event, no QR code is needed. If you have registered, go to our website and log in at the time of the event to access all the online content.
How can I get an e-pass ?
From this page, as soon as online registration opens even when the show is open. 

The pass gives access to the show during the 3 days, whatever the duration of your stay (1, 2 or 3 days).

I have logged in but I cannot order my e-pass. How do I proceed ? Who to contact ?
Visit this page to get your personal e-pass. The e-pass has to be ordered individually. Each visitor must log in personally to his/her Première Vision account to order his/her nominative e-pass. 

Our teams are here to help you. There is a dedicated Première Vision office in your country/geographical area. Contact them from the list to find your contact person.
Can I register more than one person through my account ? How do I do this ?
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once for registration).Each visitor must log in individually (or activate his/her own Première Vision account) to order an e-pass, for authentication reasons of the entered email address.

I have not received / I have lost my e-pass. Where can I find it ?
  • You can find it at any time in your visitor account. It will be in “My orders” section of your profile. 
  • Check your spam folder, if the email address in your profile is correct and validated, you should receive your registration confirmation in your mail box. 
If you are unable to retrieve your e-pass, please go to the nearest Help desk in the hall when you arrive at the exhibition and tell the hostesses that you have reserved your e-pass but have not received it. After verification, your pass will be printed.
How to access the exhibition with my e-pass ?
a) Present the QR code of your e-pass (downloaded or received by email) directly on your smartphone at the entrance checkpoints of the halls 
b) Keep it available in your phone for any identity check when inside the halls 

For those who do not have a smartphone, help desks will allow our hostesses to register you and then print you a pass to present at the controls. 

For any digital event, no QR code is needed. If registered, go to our website and log in at the time of the event to access all the online content.
Can I get a pass directly when I arrive at the show ?
When you arrive on site you will find at each entrance: 

  • Signboards with a QR code to scan with your smartphone, to redirect you directly to the identification page of your account, then to register in a few clicks, and finally to display your e-pass to present at the checkpoints. 
  • For those who do not have a smartphone, help desks will allow our hostesses to register you and then print you a pass to present at the controls.

We advise you to buy your return ticket at your departure station because of the high number of people leaving the exhibition.

Cloakrooms
Cloakrooms – with a fee – are provided in the main gallery of the halls 5 and 6

Opening hours of the cloakrooms: – from 9am to 7:30pm Tuesday & Wednesday, and 9am to 6pm on Thursday. After they close, all items can be collected from the Cloakroom in Hall 5 until 9.30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 7.30pm on Thursday (the last day of the show) 

Luggage storage is mandatory. 

The fee – the only one – is 4€ including tax whether it is a piece of clothing, an accessory/small luggage or a suitcase.
I need an invitation letter to obtain a visa. What should I do ?
To help you with your visa application, we can send you a letter of invitation to present to the French Consulate or Embassy in your country, which will then issue your visa. 
For next edition, please contact us from next October with the below information & documents required: 
complete the online application form when available 
send it to us by e-mail (button in the form), and do not forget to send in attachment the following supporting documents: 

> A company certificate issued by a competent government body indicating your activity, which must be related to the fashion industry 
> your e-pass received to visit the next edition of the show 
> copy of your passport 
> copy of your airline ticket including the dates of our show 
> copy of your hotel reservation in Paris/Paris region during our show. 

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

If they don’t have their pass on arrival, they should go to the nearest Help Desk at the show entrance to get it.

How can I know which exhibitors accept orders with small volumes ?
The Première Vision Marketplace has a filtering system on the left-hand side of its product pages (MOQ, nationality, eco-responsible, etc.). After an easy initial search in the research bar, these filters will allow you to sharpen your search in order to best meet your needs. For small quantities, the “Production volumes” filter will allow you to choose quantity scales.

What is a visitor account and what is it for ?
A visitor account allows to: 
  • Order your pass for the events organized by Première Vision (Première Paris, Made in France Première Vision, Denim Première Vision…) 
  • Be identified on our environments in order to access all available content (trade shows, physical or digital events, fashion/trend content, suppliers & products on the marketplace) created by Première Vision. 
  • Manage your personal and professional information and your user preferences – in order to provide you with a personalized and quality service. 
It also allows you to find the pass ordered, at any time before the event.
How do Ii know if I already have a visitor account
A visitor account is created when a person creates her profile on the premierevision.com site (or the marketplace), has registered and/or has visited one of our shows.
How do I access/manage my online account/personal area ?

I do not know my password, I have lost or forgotten it ?
It is once again possible to connect using an email address and password (new). See the “how do I manage/ access my account/personal area?” section. 

If you have already been identified / connected to our site with either a temporary code or your social media account, this method of connection has been memorised by the system. However, you can also create your password by clicking on the key icon. 
  • Enter your mail and click on “next” 
  • Click on “I have forgotten my password or am creating one for the first time” 
  • You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password (valid for 24 hours). 
  • Create your password (8 characters including one letter and one number). 
I have logged in and want to edit information such as my last name, first name or e-mail address. How do I do it?
  • Your last name and first name can be directly modified in the profile from which you have connected. 
  • The email address can also be altered from your account in the “My personal information / My connection information” section. After the new address has been entered, a verification code for that address will be generated. 
  • Other fields, such as the company name, can also be modified. 
During the identification proceess, what status should I enter ?
When you create your account, you have to select your “status”. Here is a definition of the various profiles: 

Professional: any director or employee of an identifiable and identified company, registered with the Commercial Register in their country. 
 
StudentStudent or tutor at a stylism/fashion school, with access to Première Vision Paris through an individual registration (see the COLLEGE page here – https://paris.premierevision.com/en/visit/college-pass/ 

Press: Journalist, writer, photographer, blogger, press officer, etc. More details on this category 

When you select “Professional” status, you will have to provide information on your Company: 
Its name (from the reference list of companies or manually entered)
Its postal address (drop-down list of addresses or manually entered) 
Information about the company’s registration with the local Commercial Registry. 

This information is essential in order to be able to place orders via the Première Vision marketplace. 

If you selected “Individual” (before end of April 2021) you now have to complete your PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION, namely: 
Company Name 
Postal address (invoicing) 
Company registration number/Business ID 
VAT number for companies registered in the EU
I have a première vision account; can I order on the marketplace? My account has not been validated. What should I do?
To place an order on the Marketplace (SOURCING menu) your account must be validated. Première Vision can validate your account providing you enter the following information:
  • A company name 
  • A company registration number, and a VAT number for EU companies 
  • At least one telephone number

How do I sign out ?

Where & how can I buy the Color Ranges ?
The current and last season’s color ranges are available on our website, through this link. Warning: For reasons of international regulations and payment networks, the purchase of the color ranges is possible in the following areas only: Europe**, USA and Japan. **Czech Republic; Sweden; Slovenia; United Kingdom; Romania; Portugal; Poland ; Netherlands; Lithuania ; Italy; Ireland; Hungary; Greece; France; Finland; Spain; Denmark; Bulgaria; Belgium; Austria; Germany. To access it : 1/ You need first to identify yourself here and check that your Company information are complete, with: A Company name Your Company registration number (and VAT number if located in the European Union) at least one phone number 2/ If not already done, we will need to validate your profile, giving you access to the shops.
