Frequently Asked questions

How to get my free e-pass?
To obtain an e-pass for the next show, register from our website. The online registration is available several months before the event. 
The e-pass is free for all visitors. It gives access to the next event during 3 days (except for students, specific information here).
  1. Click on "Get my e-pass" from the homepage, then on "REQUEST MY FREE E-PASS" (and not on "Visitor Area")
  2.  Select the category that applies to you under "Request my free e-pass", 
  3.  Fill in the required information. 
 Some advices for your registration process: 
  •  To enter your phone number, be careful to enter only figures (no "+") without space to prevent some errors 
  • To enter your company details: If you're from France, Italy or Germany, some companies will be suggested while you begin entering some characters. 
  •  It's possible at any time to enter your information manually (button: "I do not find my company".
  • For the rest of the world, fill in your information manually in each field 
At the end of the process, your e-pass will be sent to the email address you provided. Please remember to check your spam folder! 
 We recommend adding registration@mail.premierevision.com to your contacts to ensure proper delivery of all registration, authentication, or password reset emails. 
E-pass registration is done individually.

I am unable to log in (to my Attendee workspace)
You may need to log-in to your visitor's area to: 
- retrieve your e-pass 
- manage your agenda at the show 
- place meetings with exhibitors (Business Meetings) 
- etc... 

Whether you haven’t received the code or have difficulties in your log-in process, here below some advices: 
  • First of all, be sure you entered the correct email address (the one you're registered with), you may have made a mistake 
  • Then, if you entered your correct email address, check your spam folder or try again to enter your e-mail address 
  • If you have made the attempt several times, the system may have blocked your requests, please try again in a few hours 
  • If it is not in your junk mail folder, it may be that your company’s firewall is blocking the reception. Then, add registration@email.premierevision.com to your contacts, to secure reception of all authentication, validation, password reset emails 
  • Each code has a validity period of 15mn, once this time has elapsed, you need a new code. Try again to enter your e-mail address 
  • /!\ Each code is unique – a new code received cancels and replaces the previous one
If the problem persists or if there is any other error message on your window, please contact us, we will be try our best to help you!
I cannot reset my password (no reset password link)
You cannot access a "reset your password link"?
It's normal if you can see 2 fields requesting a password; it means that your email address has not been recognized and you have to define a password.
If you can only see 1 field, then the button above "Reset your password" is available.
How can I get more than 1 e-pass through my account?
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once). 
If each visitor can log in directly and personally to order an e-pass, but you can use 2 new features at the end of the registration process: 

1/ you can register directly your colleagues (and only your colleagues ie. in the same company) 
2/ you can incite some contacts to register, sending them an email (it doesn't register them directly)

Who is Première Vision paris show for?
Première Vision Paris is an event for all professionals in the textile / clothing sector.
What will I find at Première Vision Paris?
Première Vision Paris selects and brings together the complementary expertise of international exhibitors to meet your need for multi-material, selective and creative sourcing.
Here creativity is expressed without restraint throughout the seasons: 

Première Vision Paris February: presentation of the Spring-Summer collections and special focus on know-how*
Première Vision September: presentation of the Autumn-Winter collections and special focus on innovation & technology

*Once a year in February, Première Vision Paris opens a special space to visitors**: 
MAISON D’EXCEPTIONS: A high creativity experimental zone exploring international fields of know-how, bringing together select workshops whose mastery of ancestral, vernacular or contemporary techniques is in constant development

What is the entrance fee?
The e-pass is free for all visitors.
I have arrived in Paris. How do I get to the show?
Whether you want to come by shuttle, taxi, public transport or by car, all information to reach Première Vision Paris – Paris-Nord Villepinte can be found here.
Is Première Vision Paris accessible to persons with reduced mobility?
Yes. If needed, wheelchairs are available for loan from the Organiser’s Headquarters in each hall, upon deposit of your ID. There are also access ramps.

May I bring a child or a dog to the show?
As stated in our General Terms of Use & Sales contract – Appendix – article 4, neither children nor dogs (whatever their size) are permitted in the venue.

Questions related to my e-pass

Any visitor wishing to enter Première Vision Paris must have ordered an e-pass (nominative & individual)
What is an e-pass?
It is the admission ticket to events organised by Première Vision and it is sent to you by e-mail. The pass is entirely digital, displayed directly in the email (not attached), with a QR code. You need to allow images to be displayed in your mailbox to see it. When asked to show your e-pass, you can show it:
  • On the PV App on your smartphone 
  • From your inbox, by showing the email you received 
  • Downloaded in PDF format
  • Printed
How can I get an e-pass?
Go to this page, as soon as online registration opens. 
  1. Click on "Get my e-pass" from the homepage, then on "REQUEST MY FREE E-PASS" (and not on "Visitor Area") 
  2. Select the category that applies to you under "Request my free e-pass",
  3.  Fill in the required information. 

The pass gives access to the show during the 3 days, whatever the duration of your stay (1, 2 or 3 days). Students will only be admitted on the third and final day of the show.

I have not created my company yet (or it’s in progress). What should I do?
At the beginning of your registration process, choose "Other industries / Institutional / Starting Business" category
Can I register more than one person through my account? 
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once). 
If each visitor can log in directly and personally to order an e-pass, but you can use the following features at the end of the registration process: 
  • 1/ you can register directly your colleagues (and only your colleagues ie. in the same company) 
  • 2/ you can incite some contacts to register, sending them an email (it doesn't register them directly)

I have not received / I have lost my e-pass. Where can I find it?
To retrieve your e-pass, please follow the steps below: 
1/ Check your junk folder: The email is sent from registration@mail.premierevision.com
- Subject: Registration confirmation 
If the email is found, you need to allow images to be displayed in order to view the QR code. 
or 
2/ Log in to your Visitor Area: Select the show for which you are registered, use the same login details (email address and password) you provided during registration, either  through the website (Get my free pass > Visitor Area) or the PV App. 

Of course our teams could also send it again, contact your dedicated office from this list

Finally,  if you're already arrived at the door, go straight to the nearest Helpdesk in the hall when you arrive at the exhibition and ask the hostesses. After verification, your pass will be printed.
How to access the exhibition with my e-pass?
a) Present the QR code of your e-pass (downloaded or received by email) directly on your smartphone at the entrance checkpoints of the halls 
b) Keep it available in your phone for any identity check when inside the halls 

For those who do not have a smartphone, help desks will allow our hostesses to register you and then print you a pass to present at the controls. 
Can I get a pass directly when I arrive at the show?
When you arrive on site you will find at each entrance: 
  • Signboards with a QR code to scan with your smartphone, to redirect you to the identification page of your account, then to register in a few clicks, and finally to display your e-pass to present at the checkpoints. 
  • Help desks with our hostesses to register and print you the pass to present at the controls.
I am an agent. How can I get my e-pass?
As already an Agent in our database, you receive an email with the link to get your Agent badge. 
Do not register through the link from our website, or you will get a Visitor badge; If if happens, then please contact us here to fix the problem.

I need an invitation letter to obtain a visa. What should I do?
Simpler and faster: everything is now online!
  • During pre-registration, tick the "require an invitation letter" box. 
  • A form will show on your screen – just fill it in. 
  • You’ll then receive your letter by email, automatically. Check your spam folder! (sender: info@mail.premierevision.com)

Exhibitor list, mobile App, pdf list… We offer you various digital tools to help you organize your visit to Première Vision Paris. They are available as soon as they are updated.

Is there a cloakroom for coats & luggage?
Luggage storage is mandatory. 
Cloakrooms are provided – for a fee – in the main gallery. 

The fees are: €5 for a suitcase, and €4 for one piece of clothing, a briefcase, a backpack, or a motorcycle helmet.
