How to get my free e-pass?
To obtain an e-pass for the next show, register from our website. The online registration is available about 2 1/2 months before the event.
The e-pass is free for all visitors. It gives access to the next event during 3 days (for Colleges, please check the specific information here).
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same email address can only be used once for registration). Each visitor must identify himself personally to order his e-pass, for authentication reasons of the indicated email address.

I am unable to log in
Whether you haven’t received the code or have difficulties to fill in your registration process, please contact us, we will be try our best to help you!
Here below some advices:
- First of all, be sure you entered the correct email address, you may have made a mistake
- Then, if you entered your correct email address, check your spam folder or try again to enter your e-mail address
- If you have made the attempt several times, the system may have blocked your requests, please try again in a few hours
- If it is not in your junk mail folder, it may be that your company’s firewall is blocking the reception. In this case, contact us
- Each code has a validity period of 15mn, once this time has elapsed, you need a new code. Try again to enter your e-mail address
- /!\ Each code is unique – a new code received cancels and replaces the previous one
If the problem persists with an error message on your window, please tell us…
- When you enter your phone number, be careful to enter only figures (no "+") to prevent some errors
- To enter your company details:
- If you're from France, Italy or Germany, some companies will be suggested while you begin entering some characters. It's possible at any time to enter your information manually (button: "I do not find my company"
- For the rest of the world, fill in your information manually in each field
How can I get more than 1 e-pass through my account?
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once).
Each visitor has to log in directly and personally to order an e-pass, for authentication reasons of the entered email address.

Who is Première Vision paris show for ?
Première Vision Paris is an event for all professionals in the textile / clothing sector.
What will I find at Première Vision Paris?
Première Vision Paris selects and brings together the complementary expertise of international exhibitors to meet your need for multi-material, selective and creative sourcing.
Here creativity is expressed without restraint throughout the seasons:
Première Vision Paris February: presentation of the Spring-Summer collections.
Première Vision September : presentation of the Autumn-Winter collections
Once a year in February, Première Vision Paris opens a special space to visitors* (*accreditation required for access):
MAISON D’EXCEPTIONS: A high creativity experimental zone exploring international fields of know-how, bringing together select workshops whose mastery of ancestral, vernacular or contemporary techniques is in constant development

I am coming by car, where are the car parks ?
Is Première Vision Paris accessible to persons with reduced mobility ?
Yes. If needed, wheelchairs are available for loan from the Organiser’s Headquarters in each hall, upon deposit of an identity card ; there are also mobile ramps.

May I bring a child or a dog to the show ?
As stated in our General Terms of Use & Sales contract – Appendix – article 4, neither children nor dogs (whatever its size) are permitted in the venue.
Questions related to my e-pass
Any visitor wishing to enter Première Vision Paris must have ordered an e-pass (nominative & individual)
What is an e-pass ?
It is the admission ticket to events organised by Première Vision ; It is sent to you by e-mail. The pass is totally digital, displayed directly in the email (not attached), with a QR code. You need to allow images to be displayed in your mailbox to see it. To be presented:
- Directly from the PV App, available on your smartphone
- Showing the email received, from a smartphone screen
- Uploaded in PDF format or printed.
How can I get an e-pass ?

Visit this page to get your personal e-pass. The e-pass has to be ordered individually. Each visitor must log in personally to order his/her nominative e-pass.

I have not created my company yet (or it’s in progress). What should I do?
At the beginning of your registration process, choose "Other industries / Institutional / Starting Business" category
Can I register more than one person through my account ?
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once for registration).Each visitor must log in individually (or activate his/her own Première Vision account) to order an e-pass, for authentication reasons of the entered email address.

I have not received / I have lost my e-pass. Where can I find it ?
Check your spam folder, if the email address in your profile is correct and validated, you should receive your registration confirmation in your mail box.

Finally, if you're already arrived at the door, go straight to the nearest Helpdesk in the hall when you arrive at the exhibition and tell the hostesses that you have booked your e-pass but cannot retrieve it. After verification, your pass will be printed.
How to access the exhibition with my e-pass ?
a) Present the QR code of your e-pass (downloaded or received by email) directly on your smartphone at the entrance checkpoints of the halls
b) Keep it available in your phone for any identity check when inside the halls
For those who do not have a smartphone, help desks will allow our hostesses to register you and then print you a pass to present at the controls.
Can I get a pass directly when I arrive at the show ?
When you arrive on site you will find at each entrance:
- Signboards with a QR code to scan with your smartphone, to redirect you directly to the identification page of your account, then to register in a few clicks, and finally to display your e-pass to present at the checkpoints.
- For those who do not have a smartphone, help desks will allow our hostesses to register you and then print you a pass to present at the controls.
I am an agent. How can I get my e-pass ?
As already an Agent in our database, you receive an email with the link to get your Agent badge.
Do not register through the link from our website, or you will get a Visitor badge; If if happens, then please contact us here to fix the problem.

How can I organise my trip ?
Are discounts available on transportation ?
- Air or train travel: Enjoy preferential rates with our partners for transport : Air France/KLM Global Meetings, Lufthansa Group or Kombo
- Public transportation : No available discount.
We advise you to buy your return ticket at your departure station because of the high number of people leaving the exhibition.

Are there any cloakrooms for coats & luggage?
Luggage storage is mandatory.
Cloakrooms – with a fee – are provided in the main gallery of the halls 5 and 6.
Opening hours of the cloakrooms:
– from 9am to 7:30pm Tuesday & Wednesday, and 9am to 6pm on Thursday.
After they close, all items can be collected from the Cloakroom in Hall 5 until 9.30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 7.30pm on Thursday (the last day of the show)
The fee – the only one – is 4€ including tax whether it is a piece of clothing, an accessory/small luggage or a suitcase.
